ROUND TABLES

       You'd think there wasn't much to a round table until you watched the making of the centre pedestal- the gluing together of more lengths of 4x2 than you thought would be needed, followed by the turning of the column on the lathe, an exciting moment in itself as the glued up column rumbles drunkenly around.

 5' 1.25  thick top 

 3'6''  1.15'' top thickness

 3' with 0.75'' top and fancy shaped legs. Definitely a centre piece.

Tables are approx 30'' high. Can be made higher or lower. All tables are wax polished. Add 10% for an acrylic sealed top (2/3 coats) Acrylic varnish has a softer finish than the usual polyurathane finish used on mass produced furniture.
